Might be a good idea to send one or more developers to this – Spring 2.5 was just released and the speaker list and session descriptions look great.

The conference costs ~$1500, and it looks like travel costs would be around $1000 for flight, hotel, and car (assuming 1 person) with food/gas/etc extra.
